This would be the first official visit to the European country by a sitting President of the Maldives.
President Dr Mohamed Muizzu is to leave to Estonia on an official visit next Monday.
The President's Office said that the visit will be from January 13 to 16.

During the trip, the President will focus on enhancing bilateral relations and explore avenues of cooperation between the countries such as digital, cyber, e-governance fields, climate and environmental issues and science and education.
President Muizzu will be meeting with his Estonian counterpart Dr Karis, President of the Estonian Parliament Lauri Hussar and many Ministers.
He will be visiting the city of Tartu - the second largest city of Estonia - where he will be welcomed by the Mayor Urmas Klaas.
The President will also participate in a round table organized by the Digital Advisory Council to the President of Estonia.
He will be accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Abdulla Khaleel, Minister of Homeland Security and Technology Ali Ihusaan and a senior government delegation.
A private delegation of local tech community leaders will also join the trip to hold engagements with Estonian companies and institutes that work in the field.
