The individual responsible for vandalizing MDP's central hub, located on Chaandhanee Magu, has been apprehended yet again and ordered to be put behind bars for 30 days by the Criminal Court.
Mohamed Razeen, 49, M. Star was the culprit who was caught by authorities for extensively damaging the central hub's steel gate. While he was apprehended that very night, he was let go after a while.
Authorities report that they had once again brought him into custody on Sunday. They went on to say that the assailant had received 30 days remand in custody upon appearing at the court.
Razeen has had a string of arrests prior to the MDP steel gate incident.
He has been arrested for breaking the glass pane of a cafe in Male', along with being arrested for the obstruction of duties being conducted by a police officer in IGMH in December 2024.
He has been apprehended by the police on counts of drugs and theft as well.
