This is the first commercial apartment project developed outside of Male' by a private company.

Kudahuvadhoo Council President Jadulla Hameed said the project is part of the council’s plan to increase the island’s population. Residents registered in Kudahuvadhoo will be offered rent concessions.

He also noted that a second housing project will begin after the completion of the current towers, with plans to build a total of 320 apartments in the newly reclaimed area.
