Dr. Vitaly Lubimov, who recently assumed the position of CEO at MIFCO, the state fishing company, has stated that he will not allow political influence to interfere with efforts to strengthen the company's operations.
According to a statement released by Vitaly, Ahmed Nasir has been appointed to the position of Human Resources Department Head as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen MIFCO's operations.
The statement noted that this is the first senior appointment made during Vitaly's tenure and highlighted that Nasir, with many years of experience, is the most suitable person for the position.
The statement indicated that the new General Manager will work directly under the CEO's guidance and will fully evaluate the skills and capabilities of all MIFCO employees. It also stated that the goal of this work is to achieve the company's strategic objectives through utilizing MIFCO's human resources.
However, according to the statement, there were attempts to exert political influence from outside the company to appoint another candidate instead of Nasir. Nevertheless, Vitaly stood against this, stating he would not allow political influence in the company's operations and warned that he would expose information about those who attempt such interference.
"We will take swift action against any attempt to exert political influence over the company's operations. There will be zero tolerance for such influences. And we will expose information about those who attempt such things," Vitaly said.
The statement further mentioned that the CEO is currently conducting a complete assessment of MIFCO's operational processes. Once this work is completed, a plan focused on the company's sustainable development will be shared with relevant government authorities.
