The tournament, organized jointly by FAM and Events Maldives, features a total of 10 teams divided into two groups. Group A consists of Hulhumalé, Vilimalé, Maldives Defense Services Club (DSC), Zellot, and Hurriya. Group B includes Muiveyo Friends, The Grandé, Stelco, Club Eagles, and Police Club.
After the group stage matches, the semi-final matches are scheduled for the 24th and 25th of this month, with the final match set for the 27th.
Hulhumalé Club won the tournament's trophy in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Last year, Hulhumalé Club won the championship by defeating Muiveyo Friends 4-1 on penalties. In the previous final, they beat The Grandé Sports Club 5-2, and in 2022, they won 1-0 against MSM.
