Joali Maldives has won this year's Tekkers Resort Cup after facing off in the finals against Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.
The match took place at Kurumba Maldives, where Joali won with a score of 4-1.
The tournament's best player, who also scored 12 goals and was named top scorer, is Mohamed Juman. He also took the final's man of the match title. With nine goals under his belt throughout the tournament, Hard Rock Hotel's Mohamed Thashmeen was presented with the playmaker award.
Top players of the tournament include Muslim Mohamed (Joali Maldives, keeper Ibrahim Nadheem Adam (Joali Maldives), Mohamed Thashmeen (Hard Rock Maldives), Mohamed Shuhail (Hard Rock Maldives) and Abdulla Zameen (OBLU SELECT Sangeli).
The best youth player of the tournament went to OBLU SELECT Sangeli's Arusham Moosa Naeem, while Joali Maldives' Nadheem was named the best goal keeper. However, it was Baglioni Maldives that won the title of fair play team, while Joali Maldives' Abdulla Haneef (Benjo) was named the best coach.
This is the third Tekkers Resort Cup held in the Maldives. 38 resorts participated in the tournament which was held in seven zones of the country.
