The construction work for two new healthcare facility buildings was awarded to Road Development Corporation (RDC), MTCC, and Fenaka Corporation.
The government assigned three state companies to further develop healthcare facilities in 10 islands on Thursday night.
The construction work for two new healthcare facility buildings was awarded to Road Development Corporation (RDC), MTCC, and Fenaka Corporation.
Islands assigned to RDC:
- N. Velidhoo Hospital: MVR 108,322,537.03
- ADh. Fenfushi Health Center: MVR 26,839,684.82
Both facilities must be completed within one and a half years.
MTCC was tasked with constructing buildings on five islands:
- HDh. Nellaidhoo Health Center: MVR 11,197,462.90
- Sh. Milandhoo Hospital: MVR 110,878,732.12
- K. Thulusdhoo Hospital: MVR 110,716,537.72
- AA. Rasdhoo Hospital: MVR 185,571,402.42
- GA. Villingili Hospital: MVR 185,571,402.42
Fenaka was assigned three islands:
- B. Kudarikilu Health Center: MVR 7,641,116.64
- GA. Kondey Health Center: MVR 6,763,307.54
- GDh. Nadella Health Center: MVR 6,757,395.89
Last week, construction of new hospital and health center buildings on nine islands was also awarded at a cost of MVR 627 million.
