Public Service Media (PSM)'s Finance Department Director Ahmed Haneef has been suspended from his duties.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the company said that Haneef has been suspended in relation to a matter under investigation by the Audit Committee of the Director's Board. It said that the committee had found that the managing of payments from the Finance Department as well as cashflow managment had been done against corporate policies.
According to the statement, Haneef will remain under suspension until the issue is resolved.
