In a post on social media platform X, Immigratio said that passports will be issued on Saturdays as well from their offices at Velaanaage in Male', Umar Zahir Building in Hulhumale' Phase 1 and Vinares 2 in Hulhumale' Phase 2.
Token numbers for passport issuance on Saturdays can be taken between 9am and 12pm, they said.
Passport applications can be submitted around the clock via the Imuga portal.
