Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has upgraded its internet banking system to facilitate easy and secure dollar exchange.

This new feature is aimed at businesses that need to comply with the government's Forex Act, making the process more efficient for both businesses and individuals.

Customers can access this service through MIB's internet banking platform, FaisaNet, which requires two-factor authentication for added security.

To exchange dollars, users need to log in to the portal, fill in the required details, and complete the transaction. The service offers enhanced convenience by allowing both businesses and individuals to manage their foreign exchange needs online.

In addition to the dollar exchange function, FaisaNet has also introduced a bulk transfer service, which enables users to instantly deposit salaries to their employees’ salary codes 24 hours a day, eliminating the need for sending lists to the bank.

The upgraded platform also includes a dark mode option for users.

With MIB, customers can also open accounts remotely, receive their cards immediately, and manage their information and financing requests online.
