Fairmont Tokyo, a world-class hotel brand from Accor and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a renowned real estate developer in Japan, is anticipated to open in 2025.

The luxury brand's first hotel in Japan, Fairmont Tokyo, will include 219 bedrooms with breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay. It is part of a development developed under the National Strategic Special Zone Program and is located on the higher floors of the Shibaura Project's South Tower.
