A team of celebrated and highly followed influencers originating from India arrived in the Maldives earlier in April.
The team landed in the island nation on an invitation from Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC).
They were hosted at Sun Island Resort & Spa and Le Meridien Resort & Spa during their stay in the Maldives; from 07th to 11th April 2022.
Furthermore, MMPRC confirms that the team consisted of notable influencers such as Ashi Kanna, Shruti Sinha, Mehak Ghai and Aashna Malani.
The familiarization trip focused on Indian influencers is in line with MMPRC's strategy to keep the destination momentum strong in the market.
India has remained a strong source market to the island nation, while a total of 46,154 guests from the country have already visited the Maldives as of 30th March 2022.
