A team of prominent journalists from France arrived in the Maldives as part of the tourism familiarization trip.
The team arrived in the island nation on direct invitation from Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), and reportedly will stay in the country from 30th April until 05th May 2022.
The team includes journalists representing prominent publishing houses such as Desire de Voyages, Le Boomeuses, Infrarouge and the National Geographic.
Furthermore, the team will be hosted at Sun Siyam Irufushi and The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort during their say in the country.
MMPRC reports that the familiarization trip's theme is "well-being and relaxation" which the team will experience during their stay.
The reporters are expected to carry their stories forward to their respective publishing houses regarding their time and experience in the Maldives.
