Cocoon Maldives is set to host an important gastronomic event from March 28th to April 1st, 2022, organized by their Corporate Chef, Mr. Giovanni De Ambrosis in collaboration with Italian Dairy Products in the beautiful setting of the stylish restaurants, which will have a great resonance for its uniqueness.

Italian Dairy Products is an authentic artisan cheese factory in Dubai, UAE, that produces mozzarella and other types of fresh cheese to deliver a flavor of "La Bella Vita." Italian Dairy products are imported from Italy, and production is carried out exclusively by qualified artisanal cheese makers with professional experience in Italian dairy firms, in order to maintain Italian cheese-making heritage and guarantee the authenticity and quality of their products.

Cocoon Maldives is pleased to announce that Italian Dairy Products will travel all the way from Dubai to create mozzarella, burrata, and other fresh artisanal products at Cocoon Maldives. It will be a one-of-a-kind cooking presentation that will feature authentic dairy products and delectable Italian cheese pleasures against the shimmering backdrop of the Indian Ocean.

In the course of this exquisite gourmet week, Italian Dairy Products will present four different events: a cooking show at the main restaurant, a master class with Leo & Alessandro at Loabi Loabi Bar, learning how to make mozzarella, aperitifs in Pizzeria il Forno, Pizza with Italian dairy products, and a grand buffet "bianco mangiare" with demonstration of Burrata mozzarella production at the Octopus Restaurant. All of these one-of-a-kind delights would be served with a sample of carefully selected dishes prepared by the Corporate Chef.
