Dhiraagu has launched the 'My Service' portal, a platform that allows customers to easily access and manage the mobile numbers associated with their account.
Dhiraagu introduced the portal in response to the mobile number regulations set by the Communications Authority of Maldives. This portal offers enhanced convenience to customers who are affected by the mobile number limitations.
Under the new regulations, each Maldivian citizen is allowed to register a maximum of 10 mobile numbers on each network, while foreigners are permitted to register up to three mobile numbers on each network. This regulation excludes numbers acquired for business entities and government offices.
With the Dhiraagu My Service portal, customers can easily verify the mobile numbers registered under their names and take necessary steps to address any cases where the permitted limit has exceeded.
Dhiraagu's "My Service" portal will be available until November 24.
