Odi Sports finished the Cup Winners' Cup's Group Stage in third place after beating Buru Sports 2-0.

Four teams are competing in the cup, with New Radiant and Maziya making it to the final. Their match, which will be held tomorrow night, will decide the team that will place first in the group stage.

The match between Odi sports and Buru Sports took place Saturday evening at the national football stadium, with Odi taking the lead in the second minute of the first half. Muzdhan Hassan scored the goal after capitalizing off of a mistake from Buru goalkeeper Aleef Ibrahim.

Odi's Ahmed Nizam attempted a shot on goal after getting into Buru's penalty box, with the ball being sent out of the penalty box by Buru defender and landing at the feet of Haisham Rasheed. Haisham took a shot off at first touch, with Ibrahim diving in an attempt to stop the shot. However, he was unable to control the ball and it rebounded.

Hassan seized the opportunity and scored the first goal, with the second goal of the match being scored in the fourth minute of the second half.

Odi defender Ahmed Aiham crossed the ball into Buru's penalty box, where Hassan scored a header.

New Radiant and Maziya's match was supposed to take place last night, but the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) decided to move the AFC Challenge League Preliminary Stage match against Tajikistan's Regar-TadAZ from Tuesday to Wednesday. And so, the Football Association of Maldives (FAM) decided to postpone Maziya's domestic game.

With the current changes, the final match has been postponed as well, with it to be held on Wednesday night and was originally set to take place on Tuesday night.
