The winners of Mihaaru News' World Cup Score Predictor Platform have been given their prizes from Maldivian brands.
The Score Predictor is a platform that was introduced by Mihaaru News, where prizes would be given to those who correctly predicted scores from World Cup matches. Many people took part in the predictor, with more than a million score predictions having been sent in.
Competitions were opened to the public and held by Alia, KaBowl, Pringles and Chico Miko. The prize giving ceremony was held at Mihaaru News' office this morning, with the prizes being handed to the winners by staff from the brands and by Mihaaru News' senior personnel.

Private groups were also allowed in the Mihaaru News Score Predictor. Some offices, families and friends created their own private groups and participated in the competition.
People from Maldives watched the World Cup matches in excitement hosted in the United States of America (USA), Canada and Mexico. Spain won the World Cup after beating Argentina 1-0 in the final match.
