New Radiant have signed Brazilian forward Dorielton Gomes (Dori) and Liberian national team defender Albert Kayee Swen for the upcoming season.

Contracts for Brazilian attacking midfielder Luis Gomes de Silva and Liberian defender Abdulai Bility have been renewed as well, both of whom played for New Radiant last season.

The decision has been made to not bring over the other two foreign players, the defender from Uzbekistan and the forward from Ghana.

New Radiant held a ceremony yesterday to sign Gomes and de Silva's contracts.

Dorielton Gomes began his career at Brazil's Fluminense Football Club, where he journeyed to the Copa Libertadores finals. He has made a name for himself recently in Bangladesh's league. He has won accolades while playing for Dhaka Abahani and Bashundhara Kings. He has also played for the Indian Super League's Odisha Football Club.

New Radiant have also brought on two Maldives national team defenders: Ahmed Abdulla (Lily) and Amdhan Ali (Andy).

Previous season FA Cup champion New Radiant will kickoff the new season on 31st July by playing against Maziya in the Charity Shield match. The team will go on to compete in the Cup Winners' Cup in August.
