This year's President's Cup finals will see Maziya Sports Club face off against Odi Sports Club. 

In last night's semi-final match, Odi beat Buru Sports Club with a score of 2-nil. 

Both of Odi's goals were scored in the second half. Islam Fekry scored the first goal in the 51st minute with a header from an Ahmed Aiham (Aihu) cross. The second goal came in the 63rd minute, with Ahzam Rasheed (Ahu) - later crowned Man of the Match - finishing a through pass from Abdulla Looth Ibrahim (Saaney). 

Maziya won the first semi-final on Friday, beating New Radiant 4-3 on penalties after the match ended 2-2 in regulation. 

Reigning Champions Maziya took the lead in the first half with Ahmed Aiham (Fatho)'s goals. The first goal was scored 28 minutes into the game through a pass from Mohamed Ilan Imran. The lead was widened with a second goal through redirecting a pass from Hassan Nazeem (Choatu) at the 40th minute. 

At the 51st minute, New Radiant's Abdulla 'Yaya' Bility's header was converted into a goal by Alhaji Gero. The score was then equalized by a goal from Ali Ashfaq (Dhagandey) scored through a pass from Ali Fasir (Sentey) at the 67th minute. 

During penalties, Maziya's goals were scored by Hamza Mohamed (Hampu), Nazim Mammadzada, Ahmed Aiham (Fatho), and Regan Obeng. Ibrahim Aisam (Tony)'s penalty was saved by New Radiant keeper Mohamed Faisal. 

New Radiant's penalty goals were scored by Alhaji Gero, Ali Fasir (Sentey), and Ahmed Husam (Husaanko). Yaya Bility and Ali Ashfaq (Dhagandey)'s goals were deflected by Maziya keeper Hussain Shareef, who was later awarded Man of the Match. 

This is the first time Odi Sports is competing in the First Division. The team ended the Dhivehi Premier League as runner-ups behind Maziya. In the league, both matches between Odi and Maziya ended with a 1-nil win for Maziya. 

The President's Cup final match will be at the Galolhu National Stadium on Tuesday at 10pm.
