Equalizer from Yamin earns Buru draw against Victory

Victory were on the verge of securing all three points before Abdullah Yamin Hussain (Yaan), struck a late equalizer for Buru Sports, as the sides played out a 1–1 draw in the Dhivehi Premier League on Friday evening. 

The result proved costly for both teams. Victory would have climbed to fifth place with a two-point lead over Eagles with a win, while Buru missed the chance to move two points ahead of New Radiant.

Victory took the lead just before half-time when Milos Lachny headed home a corner kick in the 44th minute.

Yamin, who came on as a substitute in the 69th minute, equalized in the 88th minute to score for the third consecutive round.
