L. Maabaidhoo has advanced to the final of the Maldives Super League after securing a victory over Sh. Funadhoo in the semi-finals. 

Funadhoo had progressed to the semi-finals as the top team from Group A, remaining undefeated in the tournament until this evening’s match. 

In contrast, Maabaidhoo secured their spot in the semi-finals as the runner-up from their group.

Despite Funadhoo's strong record, they were unable to overcome Maabaidhoo in the semi-final. Led by national team captain Aishath Maajidha, the Maabaidhoo team won the match in straight sets. 

They dominated all three sets with significant scores of 25-14, 25-19, and 25-15.

Funadhoo will now compete in the third-place play-off. The second semi-final match, scheduled for tonight, will feature K. Huraa, the top team from Group B, against L. Gan. 

The final match of the tournament is set to take place tomorrow night, following the third-place play-off in the afternoon.
