Sh. Funadhoo has beaten L. Gan in five sets in the second match of the VAM Maldives Volleyball Super League.

The tournament began yesterday, with last night's game seeing Funadhoo win their first set after a competitive match. Gan were able to keep up with Funadhoo and kept a tight score, with the set ending in 27-25 in favor of Funadhoo.

The next two sets saw Gan win, with set scores of 25-23 and 25-17.

Even though Gan had the chance to win the fourth set, Funadhoo made sure Gan could not capitalize on it. Funadhoo won the fourth set and took the match to the fifth set.

The final two sets were a competitive show, with Funadhoo winning both in set scores of 25-23 and 17-15.

The Best Player of the match was Funadhoo's Aishath Shaha Shameen.

The tournament is being held at the Social Center's indoor hall and will have two games today. The tournament, which has been opened to islands and cities, sees eight teams competing in it.

The eight teams are split into two groups. After today's games, Group B's matches will begin. This evening's game will be between L. Maabaidhoo and K. Huraa. Tonight's game will be between Dh. Maaenboodhoo and Male'.
