Three-set win against Bangladesh sends Maldives to finals

Maldives has earned their spot in the finals after beating Bangladesh in three straight sets at the semi-finals of the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) Cup.

Maldives will be playing against Kyrgyzstan in the finals.

The CAVA Cup games are being played at the Social Center, with Maldives' winning  against Bangladesh with a score of 25-17, 25-12 and 25-12.

Kyrgyzstan beat Afghanistan during yesterday evening's match with a set score of 3-1 to travel to the finals.

The set scores were 25-17, 25-14, 26-28 and 25-15.

The match to decide third place will be played this evening, with Bangladesh and Tajikistan playing against each other. The round robin stage saw Afghanistan beat Bangladesh with a 3-1 set score.

The final match will be played tonight. Maldives won against Kyrgyzstan in the round robin stage with a 3-1 set score. Maldives has made it to the finals undefeated.
