Renowned goal scorer forward Ahmed Rizwan (Rizey) has marked his name down in Dhivehi Premier League's history once again. Rizwan has set a new record in the last 10 years, during which the Dhivehi League's name was changed to the Dhivehi Premier League.
K. Dhiffushi native Rizwan has scored the most goals while staying in one club since the introduction of the Dhivehi Premier League. He has achieved the honor of scoring 100 goals for Club Eagles.
He scored his 100th goal on 28th November when Eagles played against Victory Sports Club. Victory was in the lead with two goals, with Rizwan scoring two goals to equalize. His 100th goal was assisted by his younger cousin Zain Zafar. At the time, Ismail Easa (Messi) and Ibrahim Mahudhee Hussain (Feydhoo Ibbe) were also on the field while donning the Eagles jersey.

During Eagles' match against Mahibadhoo in 2015, Easa assisted then-19 year old Rizwan score his first goal in his first premier league. Mahudhee has also assisted Rizwan in scoring his 100th goal in Eagles' premier league game against Super United (SUS) last season.
He climbed the ranks in the Eagles youth team and began playing for Eagles' senior team in the First Division in 2015.
Rizwan has scored 106 in the league as of now. He scored six of those goals in 2017 when he was playing on loan for the GDh. Thinadhoo team. Due to Eagles not making it to the top four in the Second Division that year, they did not earn a slot to play in the Dhivehi Premier League. Rizwan, along with other Eagles players, played the rest of the season for the Thinadhoo team under loan.
Rizwan's goals scored in the Dhivehi Premier League:
- 2015: 4 goals
- 2016: 3 goals
- 2018: 31 goals
- 2019/2020: 28 goals
- 2020/2021: 1 goal
- 2022: 6 goals
- 2023: 23 goals
- 2025/2026: 4 goals
Rizwan is the only one to have earned the title of top scorer in the league more than once, with his first being in 2018 with an unbeaten record of 31 goals. He scored one hattrick each in five consecutive games, with this feat matching a world record.

Rizwan scored 28 goals in the league in the 2019/2020 season, with him being named the player to have scored the most goals that season. He achieved the same feat in the 2023 season as well after scoring 23 goals.
Rizwan had scored in the first 12 of the 13 matches in the 2023 season. The only match he did not score a goal in was against Maziya. That was also the only match that the Eagles lost.
Rizwan won the Best Footballer of the Year award in Maldives after his performances during the 2023 season at the Maldives Sports Awards.

Former Eagles Captain Hussain Sifaau Yoosuf (Kuro) left the club for Maziya in the 2020/2021 season, with Rizwan being named the captain. The team had placed second in the first two seasons he was captain.
The beginning of this season also saw Eagles start with Rizwan as captain. However, he was transferred via loan to Victory after the 10th match in the league. He will be spending the rest of the season at Victory.
Rizwan was set to move to New Radiant, with him being transferred to Victory in the last second. He has since come out to play for Victory for the first time on Friday night against New Radiant. Rizwan assisted Slovakia forward Miloš Lačný in equalizing against New Radiant. Victory secured a comeback win with a score of 3-1.
