TC player, coach and official penalized

FAM has penalized a player who acted in an unsportsmanlike manner, a coach and Assistant Manager of TC Sports Club in the game they had lost against Eagles Club last week with a score of 2-0.

FAM's disciplinary committee decided to take the harshest action against TC player Hussain Eenaaz, with a suspension and a fine of MVR 6,000. Eenaaz came on as a substitute, with him snatching the referee's card away out of frustration.

Coach Ahsan Rasheed's (Chey) punishment was a two-match suspension along with a fine of MVR 2,000. Assistant Manager Mohamed Halaf was also suspended for two matches, with him being fined MVR 4,000. Ahsan and Halaf were punished due to their actions towards the referee out of frustration during the late stages of the match.

FAM has given a seven-day appeal window.
