National Women's Relay Team wins bronze medal

The National Women's Relay Team has won bronze medal in the South Asian Athletics Championship currently being held in India. 

Five teams competed in the 4x100 meter relay at the South Asian Athletics Championship being held at Birsa Munda Athletics Stadium in Ranchi, India. 

Sri Lanka emerged as winners, taking home the gold medal. Sri Lankan relay team finished the race in 44.70 seconds. 

India received silver medal, finishing the race just seconds later, at 44.93 seconds. 

Maldives finished the race in 47.79 seconds. 

Bangladesh came fourth, finishing the race in 48.21 seconds. Nepal was trailing behind, taking 50.17 seconds.
