Dhivehi Sifainge Club (DSC) secured their third consecutive National Volleyball Tournament title in the men’s division after defeating Club HDC in straight sets in the final tonight.

DSC, representing the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF), dominated the match held at the Social Centre indoor court, winning 25-21, 25-14, and 26-24. Foreign player Chirag, representing DSC, was named the Man of the Match for his performance in the final.

This marks the third straight year DSC has defeated HDC in the final. HDC previously competed under the name Club Urbanco in the 2023 edition.

With this win, DSC have now reached the National Volleyball Tournament final for 10 consecutive years, claiming the championship five times during that span. Their previous titles include victories over Police Club in 2020 and Maldivian in 2017.

In addition to their national tournament success, DSC have also claimed both the VAM Association Cup and the National League titles this year. While they suffered a loss to HDC during the National League, they overcame the same team to win the Association Cup final.
