Sifainge Club makes it to National Volleyball Championship finals

Dhivehi Sifainge Club (DSC) has gone to the finals of the National Volleyball Championship through beating Fuvahmulah Dhadimagu Sports and Recreation Club in three sets straight.

In last night's match, DSC took the sets with 19-25, 15-25 and 16-25. DSC's Chirag was crowned Best Player.

The tournament is being held at the indoor court at Social Centre. Last night's match was between the winner and the runner-up of the last league. With winning this match, DSC has now secured a spot in the finals.

The final match is scheduled for Monday night. The remaining spot in the finals will go to the victor in tonight's match between Dhadimagu and HDC.

In the match played yesterday, HDC beat Huraa Community with 24-26, 26-28 and 17-25.

DSC has been Champions in the National Championship the past two years as well. In addition to this year's National League, the club also won the VAM Association Cup.
