Coach Sobah Mohamed and defender Rilwan Waheed (Riley) have joined a Coaching Education Program in Barcelona, Spain.

The two are training in the Ekkono Coach Development Tour in Barcelona.

This is Sobah's third time joining coaching education programs in Barcelona. Prior to this, he completed a program at the Johan Cruyff Sports Institute and one at the TOVO Academy.

He is also working as an Executive Board Member at Maattey Sports, run by Coach Mauroof Ahmed.

The Ekkono Tour includes sessions conducted by EUFA, La Liga and Barcelona's professionals. The two will also receive the opportunity to visit centres of Villarreal and Girona.

Sobah noted that he had received assistance from the Sports Ministry and a former National Team captain to attend this tour.

Mauroof said that the program will also include sessions on youth development. He said that once Sobah fulfils the program, his academy will be assigning him a major role to establish a plan on how Maattey Sports Academy's trainings will be based.

This is Rilwan's first experience in a similar program.
