An Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) investigation team entered the Badminton Association of the Maldives (BAM) office in connection with allegations of corruption leveled against them.

There were accusations in the past that BAM was engaging in activities to facilitate the business of its owners. It was alleged that the badminton shuttles were being purchased from the shop ‘Askani Sports’ in Male’ City, which is owned by the president of the association, Moosa Nashid.
