Another individual has been apprehended in relation to the disturbances that occurred during a soccer match at Galolhu Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The police detained 19-year-old Ibrahim Nuaim Sharmil from Ruvaaguge, R. Maduvvari, for his alleged involvement in the assault. A local court remanded him to 15-day judicial custody as of yesterday.

The remand order cited his participation in the violence, describing it as an "act of creating panic in the minds of the public by forming a group."

Two individuals were previously arrested on Friday in connection with the incidents at Galolhu ground.

The court also remanded them to 15-day judicial custody.

In its ruling, the court stated that both individuals face charges of assault, intimidation, and actions detrimental to public interest. Both accused individuals have previous criminal records.

The police announced on Thursday that they were conducting an investigation into the incident. During the last 10 minutes of the second division football tournament between Kuda Henveiru and Victory, a confrontation erupted, during which coach Sobah Mohamed Ibrahim was also assaulted.

Following the 82nd minute of the match, a group of Kuda Henveiru supporters entered the ground's compound area, escalating tensions. One protester physically assaulted Sobah, causing significant injury by slapping him in the face.

The match was marred by violence when Mohamed Hajim Riffath of Kuda Henveiru was caught by Anatoly for a foul on Anatoly. This led to a controversy after referee Mohamed Javiz decided to show Anatoly a yellow card instead of a red card for deliberately kicking Hajim. In the past, Kuda Henveiru was very dissatisfied with the referee's decision.

Additional police personnel also came to the ground on the same day to help the police personnel guarding the match in the wake of the violence.
