Himmafushi to host Asian Surfing Championship in July

This year’s Asian Surfing Championship will be hosted at Kaafu atoll Himmafushi from July 8 to 17.

This marks the first time the championship will be held in three years, with the last event taking place in Japan in 2018. During the 2018 championship, Maldives was represented by Hussain Areef and Ismail Rasheed, who made it to the final heat and secured third and fourth places, respectively.
