Mauroof Jameel has provided significant services towards the development of Hulhumale' even from when it was first reclaimed.
Mauroof Jameel, with decades of experience in the field of architecture, is a renowned expert who has spent years delving into Maldives' architectural heritage, such as coral stone architecture.
The post was previously filled by Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed. Fazul resigned from the post yesterday at a time when police has initiated an investigation into the wrongful allocation of land plots by HDC under the Binveriya housing scheme.
