Child dies at Huravee School

A child who was having their mid-day snack has passed away in Huravee School today.

The 13 year old girl was rushed to Hulhumale' Hospital this morning, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

The cause of death remains unclear as of yet.

In a message sent to media, Police said that the student had been taken to the hospital due to a medical emergency. Police, too, cited the Hulhumale' Hospital and confirmed that the child had been deceased even when taken to hospital.
