Maldivian students secure global rankings in A level exams

The results were officially released on January 16, and students from both Male' and various island schools have achieved global rankings.

The results of the A-Level examinations held in October and November last year have highlighted the outstanding achievements of Maldivian students, with several securing global rankings.

The results were officially released on January 16, and students from both Male' and various island schools have achieved global rankings.

Since then, schools have been announcing the achievements of their students, including those who ranked globally.

Students who have been ranked in the Top 10 globally for A-Level English:

- Zeeshan Mohammed Riza – Baa Atoll School (Dharavandhoo)

- Malak Mohamed Rasheed – Baa Atoll Education Center (Eydhafushi)

- Fathimath Noorain Faisal and Ashvin Mohamed Shaheem – Hithadhoo School, Addu City

- Mohamed Naufan Ali Nifaz – Jalaaludhin School (Kulhudhuffushi)

- Fathimath Neem Niyaz – Huraa School

- Ahmed Zain Ali – Kurinbi School

- Fathimath Shaiha Ali – Haa Atoll Education Center (Utheemu)

Additionally, Jalaaludhin School’s Ibrahim Arsam Mohamed secured a place in the Top 10 for Marine Science. Another student from the same school, Nahmadulla Hussain, achieved first place globally in Chemistry, Computer Science, and Physics.
