An expatriate has been handed over to Immigration for deportation after he was arrested for illegal possession of alcohol.
Police identified the expatriate as Mohamed Arif Mia, 31, of Bangladesh.
He was arrested after Police conducted a search of premises connected to him and discovered 92 bottles of alcohol and 1.05 grams of illegal drugs.
The operation was conducted based on intelligence reports received by the Police's Drug Enforcement Department and Counter Narcotics Intelligence.
