This year's forum saw participation from 107 MTCC Site Supervisors.
The forum included sessions on project management, leadership and team work.
At the closing ceremony, a participant of the forum highlighted the lessons learnt through the forum.
"We have learned who a leader is, the qualities a leader should have and what to do to become a leader," he said.
He further said that the forum had also provided practical trainings. It also acted as a platform where the supervisors could exchange ideas and insights, providing new thoughts on how to further develop their work.
Speaking at the ceremony, MTCC Managing Director Ahmed Saudhi advised participants to make use of lessons learnt through the forum in their work, and to do all possible to ensure quality assurance.
"We are aiming to complete the ongoing development projects as soon as possible, and to start on some private projects. While we take on this work, the company has to be trustworthy as providers of quality service," he said.
The sessions at the forum were led by heads of various divisions at MTCC. Further lessons in the forum includes sessions focused on time management, prompt project conclusion, cost reduction, and improving quality.
This is an annual forum organized by MTCC's HR department. This year, the forum was held from last Saturday till Sunday.
