Bank of Maldives (BML) on Thursday unveiled its Self Service Banking Centre in the island of Thimarafushi, Thaa Atoll.
The bank stated that the new centre will operate on a 24-hour basis, allowing customers to deposit and withdraw cash, make payments and transfer money round the clock.
With this development, BML now operates branches and ATMs on three islands in Thaa Atoll. The bank previously established the services in Guraidhoo and Veymandoo.
The bank stated that its new Self Service Banking Centre in Thimarafushi, which will provide easy access to BML's services for the residents, businesses and visitors of the island, was part of its ongoing investment to expand banking services across Maldives.
The main bank of Maldives operates a nationwide network of 38 branches across all 20 atolls, 61 Self-Service Banking Centres, 124 ATMs, over 200 cash agents and a full suite of Digital Banking services. BML reiterated its commitment to supporting individuals, businesses and communities across the country.
