These include 8 Bachelors' Degrees, 14 Masters Degrees, and 3 scholarships for PhD.
To be eligible for Bachelors Degree programs, applicants must have C and above grades in 5 subjects in GCSE O'levels, IGCS or SSC exams, or E and above grades in 3 subjects in GCE A'levels. If these do not include English, then the applicant must have a pass from IELTS or similar.
The ministry said that if the entry requirements for degree programs differ from the ministry's requirements, the university's entry requirements will be considered. If applying for Masters and PhD scholarships, then prior studies in relevant fields are required.
Applicants must be those paying back any existing loans from Higher Education without default.
Courses applied to must be of a higher level than studies completed by the applicant to date. Applicants also must not be studying an equivalent course on State expenses at present.
Deadline for application to these courses is January 15.
