HDC said that iftar packs will be provided every day this Ramadan to staff at Hulhumale' Hospital, as well as patients undergoing treatment there.
Housing Development Corporation (HDC), together with Jamiyyathul Salaf, are gifting iftar packs to Hulhumale' Hospital.
HDC said that an agreement for the initiative was signed with Salaf yesterday.
Under the agreement, HDC has provided premises to Salaf where food for the iftar packs can be prepared.
HDC said that iftar packs will be provided every day this Ramadan to staff at Hulhumale' Hospital, as well as patients undergoing treatment there.
This aims to appreciate the work of health sector professionals, and to encourage Islamic values such as gifting and assisting others, they said.
HDC said that the company aims to conduct further initiatives such as this under their CSR program, and to contribute towards creating a culture of lending help to each other within the community.
