Medals awarded to 28 individuals for memorizing the Quran

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has today awarded medals and prizes to 28 individuals who have memorized the Quran and achieved the title of Hafiz.

The medals were awarded at the ceremony held earlier today commemorating the day Maldives embraced Islam.

The Hafizs who were presented awards today are those who memorized the Quran between October 2022 and September 1, 2024.

The recipients of the medal are:
