Public Service Media's new management filed 14 cases last week against the previous management at the Anti Corruption Commission.

While speaking to local media Mihaaru, PSM's new Managing Director Ali Khalid said that 14 cases of transactions made in violation of procurement procedures have been sent to ACC.

Khalid did not give any further details on the cases.

ACC has not issued any information about these cases as well.

PSM was heavily criticized for being partial towards former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom during his campaign for the Presidential Election held in September 2018.

Additionally, PSM's former Managing Director Ibrahim Khaleel and Deputy Managing Director Mohamed Ikram are facing several accusations as well.
