Chairman of Youth and Economic Council Dr.Mohamed Shainee stated on Saturday that USD 86 million (MVR 1.3 billion) will be spent on the Vilimale phase two project.
The project dubbed as "Emmennah Hiyaa Kashavaru" aims to provide housing for a population of 300,000 people.
