Finance ministry has discussed to issue loans for low interest rates with the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The discussion with ADB President Takehiko Nakao took place during Finance Minister Ahmed Munawar's official visit to Manila, Phillipines for the 51st annual ADB meeting.
