Police have launched an investigation into an incident where an explicit image was displayed on a digital screen at a shop in Hulhumale' Phase 2.

Police said they received reports of an explicit image being displayed on a digital billboard at around 3:23am today. 

Police immediately responded, locating the shop's owner and turning off the LED screen. They said that they are now investigating how the incident occurred. 

The digital screen at a shop located in a Vinares Tower showed explicit photos of a woman, along with text stating "Hacked by Leakers".
