Through their investigation, Police found that the video had been taken last Wednesday.

Police officers patrolling Hulhumale' Phase 1 found the car in the video at the Ruh'gandu 2 area. They stopped the car and questioned the driver, through which they found that the car is a rental vehicle. Police then identified the person who had rented the car at the time in question and summoned them to the police station.
