Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has stated there are 564 flats that do not pay their monthly rent regularly.

In a post on X outlining information on warnings and penalizations toward flats up until 21st August, FDC said there are 3,362 flats that pay their rent on time, with a total of 564 units not making regular payments.

49 cases were flagged to FDC as well.

There are 16 cases regarding unauthorized rental, with five cases seeing penalties, notices sent for two cases and the rest of the 9 cases currently being looked into.

28 cases of unauthorized unit changes were filed to FDC, with penalties being issued to five of them and the rest of the 23 issues being investigated.

Three cases of waste disposal were filed and penalties to two cases have been handed out. FDC is currently investigating the third case.

There are two cases of noncompliance to notices, which are being investigated.
