The council of R. Vadhoo has decided to implement special measures to improve the conduct of the students at Vadhoo School.
In an announcement issued by the council, it stated that concerning negative behaviors are being observed from some of the island's students, making it necessary to take prompt measures to resolve those issues.
For the attention of students and parents, the council has urged compliance with several important rules.
Measures urged by the Vadhoo Council:
- Not being outdoors after 9:00 PM without a parent or guardian.
- Not utilizing public squares, parks, and socially developed beaches after sunset.
- Not utilizing any sports venues after sunset and refraining from conducting any sports activities during prayer times.
- Not climbing breakwaters or traveling outside the island without a parent or guardian.
- Not engaging in any work inappropriate for one's age, whether to earn a wage or for any other purpose.
- Not smoking or participating in any transactions involving the purchase and sale of tobacco products.
The Vadhoo Council stated that the activities of students who violate these rules will be monitored more closely than before, and firm measures will be taken in such matters.
The council has also advised students to conduct their actions in accordance with laws and regulations, and urged all parents to be extra vigilant regarding their children's matters and supervise them responsibly.
