A 20 year old man has sustained serious injuries after speeding on the Sinamale' Bridge. While speeding, his motorcycle skidded on the tarmac and crashed. 

Police said that in this accident that occurred last night, the motorcycle skidded, hit another motorcycle and car, and crashed, causing injury to the three individuals who had been on the involved motorcycles. 

The 20 year old, whose injuries are serious, is currently under treatment at the Hulhumale' Hospital. Police said today that he is undergoing a surgery, although no further details have been received at this time. 

The other two persons were treated for injuries and discharged. 

Police are conducting investigations into the accident.
