Male' City Group of Hospitals CEO Ibrahim Haleem has announced tonight that a range of new services will be introduced at the Hulhumale' Hospital this week. 

In a social media post, Haleem stated that he is proud to bring advancements in the Maldives' health sector in line with President Dr Mohamed Muizzu's targets.

In order to provide convenient health services close to the people living in Hulhumale', several new services mentioned by President Muizzu in the Presidential Address have already been introduced at Hulhumale' Hospital, Haleem said. 

The hospital will be commencing gastroentrology, neurology and urology services this week. 

Hulhumale' Hospital has also recently expanded its services with new sub-specialists, including a sub-specialist in breast cancer care and in one in glaucoma. 

While oncology services were for many years provided through visiting doctors from India's Amrita Hospital, recently full-time oncologists were also brought on board at the Hulhumale' Hospital.
